Welcome To ROMIS Care Services

Romis care services is a domiciliary care provider in Thurrock who provides a variety of Home Care and Live in care Services delivering high quality of care and highly trained staff to most parts of Thurrock and other areas in Essex.Under statutory regulations and the policy of Romis care services Ltd, all prospective service users are involved in pre-commencement assessments, which allows us to determine the needs and risks of our service users.The processes in which these assessments are undertaken are appropriate to the needs of the individual service users and their views and also take the views of their relatives into account.

We aim to ensure that the care plans set out for our service users are individually tailored to suit the requirements brought forward by our service users. The service we provide to our service users is based around the person-centred approach, which focuses on the need to allow service users and their families to remain at the centre of care plan development and the delivery of services.

Romis care services aims to promote the independence, dignity and self-worth of our service users in the comfort of their own homes. We also strive to encourage our service users to maintain an excellent quality of life. In promoting our service users’ independence, we provide them with the opportunity to have some input into the type of services they require.

Having registered with the Care Quality Commission, we aim to ensure that we provide the best quality of care services, under statutory regulations. Additionally, we aim to support the family as well as the service users in identifying the needs of the individual and of the service user’s family in relieving the stress.
