Miss. Zahrah Bibi Lalmahomed

Miss Zahrah Bibi Lalmahomed is a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager with a BA (Hons) in Social Work, and is working towards a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care Management, specialising in Children and Families. She began her career supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in school settings and has also volunteered with older adults, demonstrating her broad commitment to care across different age groups.

Zahrah is an example of professional growth, having progressed within her current organisation from an administrative/support worker role to Care Coordinator, then Deputy Manager, and now serving as the Registered Manager. Her journey reflects her strong work ethic, adaptability, and leadership capabilities.

She brings a person-centred approach to service delivery and excels in both frontline support and strategic oversight.
